# Software License Agreement

## 1. License Grant

Subject to these terms, Arc Pilot grants you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to:

• Access and use Arc Pilot OS through supported web browsers
• Use features within purchased coin balance or subscription limits
• Create, store, and export content using the Service

This license is personal to you and may not be sublicensed or transferred.

## 2. License Restrictions

You may NOT:

• Copy, modify, or distribute the Service or its components
• Reverse engineer, decompile, or disassemble the software
• Remove or alter proprietary notices or labels
• Use the Service to develop competing products
• Access the Service through automated means without permission
• Share account credentials with others
• Resell or commercially exploit access to the Service

## 3. Ownership

LICENSE, NOT OWNERSHIP:
This is a license to use the Service, not a sale or transfer of ownership.

ARC PILOT RETAINS:
• All rights to the platform, code, and technology
• Ownership of AI agents and their personalities
• All intellectual property rights in the Service
• Rights to updates, improvements, and derivatives

YOU RETAIN:
• Ownership of content you create or upload
• Rights to outputs generated at your direction
• Your account data and preferences

## 4. Third-Party Components

The Service includes third-party components:

OPEN SOURCE:
• Various open-source libraries and frameworks
• Subject to their respective licenses
• Notices available in our documentation

THIRD-PARTY SERVICES:
• Anthropic Claude (AI models)
• Paddle (payments)
• Cloud infrastructure providers

Your use is also subject to third-party terms where applicable.

## 5. Updates & Changes

We may update the Service:

• Bug fixes and security patches
• Feature additions or modifications
• UI/UX improvements
• Performance optimizations

Updates are applied automatically. We do not guarantee backward compatibility for all changes. Material changes will be communicated in advance when possible.

## 6. Term & Termination

This license is effective until terminated:

• You may terminate by closing your account
• We may terminate for Terms violations
• We may discontinue the Service with notice

Upon termination:
• License to use the Service ends immediately
• You may export your data before account closure
• We may retain data as required by law
